This Cambro 66CF148 white 1/6 size 6" deep ColdFest pan keeps contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines at 41 degrees Fahrenheit, without the use of ice. Designed with high-impact ABS shells and a sanitary seal that keeps a non-toxic FDA approved gel inside, this ColdFest food pan can help keep contents out of the temperature danger zone for up to eight hours. Simply freeze each pan for eight hours (or overnight) before filling with your pre-chilled products. This 1/6 size ColdFest pan was designed to replace standard 1/3 size pans in your front-of-the-house buffet or back-of-the house prep area and is capable for use with direct food contact, making it a great option for holding salads, vegetables, butter pats, and creamers, and it can also be used for holding condiments such as salsas, dressings, and dips for your catered or tailgate events. ColdFest food pans are easy to clean for your convenience and as an added benefit, these pans will neatly stack without wedging or sticking during both freezing and storage.
